General Terms and Conditions of Business

None of the “Your Nutritional Blueprint” Ltd coaches, employees or directors are doctors, dieticians, medical professionals or therapists.
We are not medically trained.  We are not university educated in nutrition, sports or science.
We are coaches, working to a proven system created by a Canadian company called Precision Nutrition.
We are certified trainers in their 10-year long and well-established coaching programs.  You can find us on their website here…
We  offer our services based upon Precision Nutrition coaching expertise, using their material supplemented by well-researched information detailed in medical/academic journals or other publications.

We do not prescribe treatments or offer qualified medical advice in any form or in any type of conversation between Your Nutritional Blueprint Ltd employees and our customers.

Your health is your responsibility and if you have any concerns related to health we recommend you seek the advice of your health care practitioner or doctor.
We advise that you always tell your doctor that you are embarking on any kind of  healthy-living or fitness regime.
If you chose to use this information without the prior consent of your doctor you are agreeing to accept full responsibility of your decision.

Our services may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any concern, taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor or health adviser before starting a program.

While the website and other information that we may send you provides information on health and nutrition this does not in any way constitute medical advice.

ORDERING & CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

We will begin providing the services on the date specified in your booking.

We will make every reasonable effort to complete the services on time and in accordance with your booking. We cannot, however, be held responsible for any delays if an event outside of our control occurs. We will do our best to re-schedule consultancy sessions if events prevent us from attending your session or meetings.  We have to take holidays too, but will ensure that this is communicated in advance.
If for any reason you decide that you no longer want to participate in a Your Nutritional Blueprint program then we completely understand. Life throws us curve-balls and we teach you how to navigate through them.
Cancellations need to be accepted by a member of our team via email or telephone.
In certain circumstances, for example where we encounter a technical problem, we might need to suspend the services in order to resolve the issue. Unless the issue is an emergency and requires immediate attention we will inform you in advance via text or email before suspending the services.

Please note that we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

We accept payment by credit or debit card via Paypal. We accept cheques or cash on arrival of appointments. We can make arrangements for internet banking/bank transfers.

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority from your card issuer for payment. You agree to compensate us in full against any and all reasonable costs and expenses that we may incur in obtaining payments due from you that you have not made in accordance with your agreement with us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES

Every effort has been made to ensure that these T’s&C’s adhere strictly with the relevant provisions of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. However, in the event that any of these Terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that Term is to be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This Term shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.
PRECISION NUTRITION
I am licenced by Precision Nutrition to use their information in my coaching practice.  All PN logos, infographics, blog posts are all used in good faith and are copyright of Precision Nutrition. I cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided in these documents. This also includes the ProCoach name and logo.  “Powered by ProCoach” is a joint effort between our two companies.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any rights upon any third party. The agreement created by these Terms and Conditions is between you and Your Nutritional Blueprint.

COPYRIGHT

All content provided to you in any of the programs including text, images, copywriting, designs and promotions are the property of Your Nutritional Blueprint Ltd or Precision Nutrition.

LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between you and Your Nutritional Blueprint shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and  and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

All Content including the physical website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Your Nutritional Blueprint, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and International intellectual property and other relevant laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the website unless otherwise indicated on the website or unless given express written permission to do so by Your Nutritional Blueprint.

LIABILITY
